I designed this menu for a restaurant concept created by some students at the Art Institute of Colorado's School of Culinary Arts. The concept was a South African and French fusion fine dining restaurant. I utilized visual elements from both countries in such a way as to make the two very different cultures blend well together, just as the food does.
